Dear Prospective members,
Thank you for your enquiry regarding membership for our 2017/2018 season.
Our new membership application process is as follows;
Attached is a nomination form which you are required to complete and return. At least one financial member of the BWSC Inc. must nominate you and sign your application, for your request to be processed.
This will then be presented to the next committee meeting for acceptance/decline, up until December 31st, after which your application will be held over to the AGM.
On approval you will then be sent via email all relevant documentation for your completion and return.
On acceptance a 12 month probation period will commence with your membership being reassessed at the end of the season at the Annual General Meeting by the committee.
New memberships are offered to those who are willing to help the club grow and assist at events and/or maintenance days.
